  I just bought a bag of oranges produced at this ranch. Made an orange smoothie. While cutting the oranges, I could not help but notice that the rind was neither too thick nor too thin. The wedges were nearly equal in size, the taste of each was uniformly sweet, there was no graininess as often found in other oranges--and no seeds to pick through! I thought, wow this is a good orange--wonder who produced this orange--I will buy it again! Then I looked at the label. BUMMER! I had to look up the three poisons that Booth Ranches puts on its oranges to preserve them in transit. Carcinogens all. No more Booth Ranch oranges for me! Sorry. So sad.
